Before you come
Patient information
What to bring, how payment works, when we are open, and how to get in if you use a wheelchair.
What to bring
- Identification. Any government or work ID with your name on it.
- Previous records, if you have been seen elsewhere. Bring what you already have; we do not request records for you.
- A list of current medication. The name, the dose, and how often you take it. Bringing the packs is easier than remembering.
- A payment method. See fees below.
- For a child: their immunisation card and any clinic card.
Arrive ten minutes before the appointment time so reception can register you without rushing.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted at reception before the appointment starts. They depend on the type of appointment. We do not publish a price list here until the clinic confirms the figures in writing.
Payment is made at reception. [Client to confirm: accepted payment methods — cash, transfer, card — and whether payment is taken before or after the consultation.]
Insurance. The clinic has not confirmed which insurance schemes, if any, it accepts. Do not assume your scheme is accepted. Ask reception when you call, before you book. [Client to confirm: accepted schemes, or confirm that none are accepted.]
Opening hours
| Monday to Friday | 8:00 – 17:00 |
|---|---|
| Saturday | 9:00 – 14:00 |
| Sunday | Closed |
| Public holidays | Closed |
The clinic is closed on public holidays. [Client to confirm: whether any public holidays are staffed, and the exact hours above.]
Parking and access
- Parking is on site, at the front of the building.
- The entrance has a ramp with no step at the door.
- All consulting rooms are on the ground floor. There are no stairs to a consulting room.
- A wheelchair can be brought into every consulting room.
- If you need help getting from the car to the door, tell reception when you book and someone will meet you.
[Client to confirm: number of parking spaces, whether an accessible toilet is available, and whether the ramp meets the door without a lip.]
Cancelling
If you cannot come, call the clinic as early as you can so the time can go to someone else. [Client to confirm: notice period, whether a fee applies to a missed appointment, and the exact wording of the no-show policy.]
The full policy, including how to complain, is on the policies page.
